Our Return Policy

At Localhaat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@Localhaat.pk or call +92 300 1234567 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to your purchase amount plus 10% bonus credit.
  • Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We'll cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchange: We'll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at returns@Localhaat.pk
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We'll arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost

Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item returned with signs of use
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Item returned after 30 days (at our discretion)

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After Shipment: Follow the return process above
